Excelerate Early Access Programme
Read the overview and the agreement, tell us about you, answer a few questions, then sign. It all happens on this page.
Step 1 of 5 · Overview · Part 1 of 3
Overview & participant guide
For: Alpha and Beta participants
Products: REOS (app.revenuengine.io) and SCOUT
Operator: Excelerate Sales · Robert Towner
Feedback: Leave feedback in the app · feedback@mail.revenuengine.io
1. What this is
We’re inviting a small group of real businesses to use our sales tools early, free during the test, in return for honest feedback.
This is unfinished software. We ship updates often (sometimes several a week). Features will be incomplete, screens will change, and things will occasionally break. We do not promise uptime or fixed response times during the test. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Testimonials are optional. We ask for honest feedback, never a positive review.
Everyone who gets access signs the Early Access Agreement first.
2. Who it’s for
Owners, operators, and sales leads at small and mid-sized businesses who run a real sales process — and who are willing to use unfinished software on real work and say plainly what breaks.
3. What you’ll be using
REOS — Revenue Engine Operating System
A CRM built for small and mid-sized businesses, with an assistant and a “second brain” for business context. Designed to keep the useful layers of tools like GoHighLevel without the bloat.
Today it covers (and is growing):
- Contacts, opportunities, and pipeline
- Follow-ups and tasks
- Forms and landing pages
- Email drafts and an email queue
- Calendar (with optional Google Calendar sync)
- Simple workflows (e.g. form/landing submit → tag + follow-up)
- Content library with social scheduling (X live; more networks next)
- Analytics / Live Ops
- Multi-operator logins
- In-app What’s New and Leave feedback
TAiLO is the assistant inside REOS (text and browser voice). Voice actions that change CRM data still require an on-screen confirm.
The second brain (ATLAS context) holds what REOS knows about your business. Early today; in Beta you’ll shape it through a short onboarding for your business.
SCOUT
A prospecting add-on that finds and enriches leads, then can push contacts into REOS.
| Phase | SCOUT |
|---|---|
| Alpha | May run in an Excelerate Sales account. Leads produced in that shared Alpha SCOUT setup belong to Excelerate Sales unless we agree otherwise in writing. |
| Beta | Your own REOS and SCOUT logins, plus a SCOUT credit allowance (confirmed when you’re onboarded). Leads you generate are yours to use like a normal SCOUT user. |
After the test
When Beta ends, participants may be offered founding-participant terms. Those terms are not set yet. Nothing in this programme commits either side to a price.

Overview & participant guide
4. Programme phases
| Phase | Who | Focus | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Alpha | A handful of people Robert already knows. | Bugs, usability, first impressions | Free |
| 2. Beta | Alpha participants who continue, plus applicants we accept | Day-to-day use, structured check-ins | Free |
| 3. Founding offer | Participants who took part | Continued use after Beta | Terms shared later |
5. What we provide
- Access to REOS (and SCOUT as enabled for your account) for the length of the test
- Direct access to Robert for questions and problems
- What’s New in the app when something changes
- A first look at features before they’re public
6. What we ask
- Use the tools on some real work, as much as you’re comfortable with
- Report bugs and confusing moments when you hit them
- Join scheduled check-ins (see below)
- Keep what you see confidential until it’s public
- Time: about 1–2 hours a week
We don’t expect you to use every feature, or to move your whole business onto REOS.
7. How we’ll stay in touch
| What | Alpha | Beta | Channel |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product updates | Every release | Every release | What’s New in the app |
| Check-in call | Every 2 weeks, ~20 min | Monthly, ~30 min | Video call |
| Short written pulse | — | Every 2 weeks, ~3 questions | |
| Urgent problem | Any time | Any time | Leave feedback, or email |
| Our reply to a report | Within 2 business days | Same |
A reply means we’ve read your report. It doesn’t promise a fix date.
8. How to report a bug
Use Leave feedback in the app, or email feedback@mail.revenuengine.io. A useful report has five parts:
- Where — page/screen, and product (REOS or SCOUT)
- What you did — steps, in order
- What you expected
- What happened instead — including any error message word for word
- Screenshot or short recording if you can (crop out customer details you don’t want us to see)
Example:
REOS, Opportunities. I dragged a deal from Proposal to Won. It jumped back to Proposal after I refreshed. Expected it to stay in Won. Screenshot attached.
Confusing screens, missing steps, and “I expected this to work like X” are just as useful as crashes.
9. What good participation looks like
- You use the tools on some real work, not only a quick look around
- You report problems when they happen, not saved up for a month
- You come to most check-ins, or tell us ahead when you can’t
- You say when something is useless, even if it’s awkward
- You keep what you see confidential

Overview & participant guide
10. Moving from Alpha to Beta
Alpha participants roll into Beta when all of these are true:
- Agreement signed
- Logged in and used REOS on real work for at least 3 weeks
- Sent at least 3 bug reports or pieces of feedback
- Attended at least one check-in call
- Said yes to continuing
At Beta you get your own secure REOS and SCOUT logins and your SCOUT credit allowance, then a short ATLAS-style onboarding to set up context for your business.
Beta applicants start once Robert accepts their application and they’re onboarded.
11. If you want to leave
You can leave at any time, for any reason. Email Robert or feedback@mail.revenuengine.io.
- Export your data — use any export tools in your account, or ask us to export for you.
- Tell us whether to delete it — we delete account data within 30 days of your request or the end of the test (unless law requires longer retention).
- Access ends on the date you leave or the test ends.
- Exit survey — short, optional, and very useful.
- Confidentiality continues after you leave, as in the agreement.
12. Testimonials (optional)
We’d value a testimonial if the tools help you. It’s never required. Saying no changes nothing about your place in the programme or any founding offer.
- We ask in the exit survey or after a check-in — not before you’ve used the tools properly
- You approve the exact wording and where it appears before anything is published
- If you allow public use, we’ll disclose that you received free or discounted access
- You can withdraw permission later for future use
Step 2 of 5 · Agreement · Part 1 of 3
Excelerate Early Access Agreement
Programme: Excelerate Early Access (Alpha / Beta)
Products: REOS and SCOUT (as enabled for your account)
Provider: Excelerate Sales (“Excelerate”, “we”, “us”)
Participant: the individual or business named below (“you”)
This is a practical early-access agreement for trusted testers. It is not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer if you need one. By signing (electronically on the Early Access page, or by replying that you agree), you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
Excelerate is giving you free, temporary access to pre-release software so you can use it on real work and give honest feedback. In return, you agree to confidentiality, feedback ground rules, and the data terms below.
2. Access and licence
2.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Products solely for evaluating them during the programme.
2.2 Access is free during Alpha/Beta unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2.3 The software is pre-release, provided as is, without warranties of any kind — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or uninterrupted service.
2.4 We may change, suspend, or end the programme or your access at any time. We’ll try to give reasonable notice when we can.
2.5 You won’t reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Products to build a competing product from our confidential materials.
3. Confidentiality (NDA)
3.1 Confidential Information includes: non-public features, designs, roadmaps, screenshots, docs, credentials, pricing discussions, feedback we share back, and anything we mark confidential. It also includes the fact that non-public features exist, until we make them public.
3.2 You will not share Confidential Information with anyone outside your business who needs it for the test, and those people must also keep it confidential.
3.3 You may share information that: (a) is or becomes public through no fault of yours; (b) you already knew lawfully; (c) you received from someone else who wasn’t under a duty of confidence; or (d) you must disclose by law (tell us first if legally allowed).
3.4 These confidentiality duties last for three (3) years after your access ends, or longer if the information remains a trade secret under law.
3.5 On request, or when you leave, stop using Confidential Information and delete or return copies you control (except backups kept only as required by law or ordinary IT practice, which stay confidential).
Step 2 of 5 · Agreement · Part 2 of 3
Excelerate Early Access Agreement
4. Your data
4.1 You decide what data to put in the Products. Prefer test data when you can; if you use real prospect or customer data, you confirm you have the right to do so.
4.2 We will use your account data to run the Products for you, fix bugs, and improve the Products. We will not sell your customer lists.
4.3 Alpha SCOUT (shared Excelerate account): if you use SCOUT only inside a shared Excelerate-operated Alpha account, leads generated there belong to Excelerate Sales unless we agree otherwise in writing. Beta (your own account): leads you generate in your own SCOUT account are yours, subject to SCOUT’s normal use rules and credit limits.
4.4 You may ask us to export available account data. Ask via feedback@mail.revenuengine.io or Robert.
4.5 When you leave or the test ends, we will delete your participant account data within 30 days of your deletion request or programme end, except: (a) anonymised analytics; (b) feedback and bug reports (which we may keep); (c) records we must keep by law; (d) residual copies in encrypted backups until they rotate out.
4.6 You remain responsible for keeping your own records of anything you can’t afford to lose.
5. Feedback and intellectual property
5.1 You agree to give honest feedback (bugs, confusion, what’s missing, what you’d pay for). Feedback may be given in-app, by email, or on check-ins.
5.2 You grant Excelerate a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, and commercialise your feedback and suggestions without obligation to you. Feedback is not Confidential Information of yours.
5.3 The Products, branding, and underlying IP stay Excelerate’s (or our licensors’). No rights transfer to you except the temporary licence in section 2.
6. Testimonials (optional)
6.1 Testimonials are never required. Declining does not affect your place in the programme.
6.2 If you offer a quote, we will only publish it after you approve the exact wording and placement. Public use will disclose free or discounted access. You may withdraw consent for future use.
7. Check-ins and time
7.1 Expected cadence (unless we adjust together):
- Alpha: check-in about every 2 weeks, ~20 minutes; about 1–2 hours/week of use and feedback.
- Beta: check-in about monthly, ~30 minutes, plus a short written pulse about every 2 weeks.
7.2 Missing an occasional check-in is fine if you tell us ahead when you can. Ghosting the programme for a long stretch may end your access.
Step 2 of 5 · Agreement · Part 3 of 3
Excelerate Early Access Agreement
8. Founding offer
Any founding-participant pricing or terms after Beta will be offered separately. Nothing in this agreement locks in a price for either side.
9. Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent allowed by law, Excelerate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss, arising from the programme or the Products.
9.2 Our total liability under this agreement is capped at US $100.
9.3 Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
10. Term and ending
10.1 This agreement starts when you sign (or clearly accept in writing) and continues until you leave, we end your access, or the programme ends.
10.2 Either of us may end participation at any time for any reason, with notice by email.
10.3 Sections that should survive (including confidentiality, feedback licence, IP, liability, and data backup exceptions) survive ending.
11. General
11.1 Governing law: State of California, USA, without conflict-of-law rules. Courts in California have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law says otherwise.
11.2 This is the whole agreement for early access. Signing electronically on the Early Access page, by email, or on a signed PDF counts as signing. Changes must be in writing and accepted by both sides.
11.3 If one clause fails, the rest still apply.
Signed. Thank you.
Thanks — we’ve got your application. You’ll hear from Robert within 10 business days.
